No, because the only difference is two roses instead of one; you can still
only get a maximum of one CD to any changes made to tertiaries.

I didn't get to checking this. If you're happy with adding some argent roses
on the purpure field, why not add them to your original device?  "Purpure on a
pile between two roses argent, a rose purpure" (add the barb & seeding however
you like) looks clear to me.
