It appeared that Chandra was referring only to LoC
that kingdom officers for Ansteorra produce as part
of their job duties.  The comments I produce for the
Orle office are part of the office.  Our kingdom
pays for their distribution.  Submitters are paying
to have their submissions processed.  Anything my office produces is public
record and people are welcome to read.

I will see if he will post the current Orle commentary
on our web site.
