the device and badge submission forms both have

"I understand that with my submission I automatically give permission
for the Society for Creative Anachronism to use my art work and armory
for any and all internal heraldic and scribal purposes."

Does this include publication in local newsletters, or do I need to have
the original artist, or owner of the device/badge fill in the standard
permission to publish that is required for the chroniclers office?
