Certainly Bordure, Orle, or any other commenter can post his/her own
commentary, but let's be careful not to extend the practice.  The College of
Arms is discussing (as a class D-or-lower priority) whether and how to make
commentary available to others, but as of now the Letters of Comment go only
to other commentors in the CoA and certain kingdom heralds.  Let's honor
their privacy as long as they choose to maintain it.
