Nope, just rechecked my 'Gazettes, :-)... In the Jun '93 issue, #90, under
Calendar, Jul 1, HL Dathi resigned his position; HL Richard assumed duties of
Star Principal Herald by appointment of the Crown. (Tag - you're it!)...'Stacia
