Is there a Herald among us who is particularly knowledgeable in Germanic
grammar and construction?

I have a request from one of my constituents for " Mathias der Starke ",
or translated as Mathias, the Strong.
A.) is this a proper format, and if so,
B.) does anyone know of a conflict?
