Taking a quick look at the Heraldic Submissions Tracker (HST) at
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/hst/, I found the following information:

Cunovinda ingen Cinnich was the name registered by Laurel in 4/01.
The device you blazon above (submitted under the name Cunovinda ingen Choinnic)
was in the March 2002 Internal Letter of Intent, and should have been ruled on
for the May 2002 meeting/external Letter of Intent.  Looking ahead at the May
2002 LoI (not sure if it's been webbed yet), I see that it did indeed pass
kingdom, and is on its merry way to Laurel.
