[ANSTHRLD] Upcoming name ruling meetings

Once per month, Mari nic Bryan holds decision meetings at which she
rules on the name submissions throughout the SCA.  Submission form
processing is also done (filing packets, filing forms, and other
clerical tasks.)  These meetings are in Austin (Bryn Gwlad).  They are
open to all interested parties, and there are munchies and dinner for
those who come and help.

It's a good way to help the heraldic process run smoother, and you can
absorb a lot about how names get judged and about how to do forms to
make processing and decisions easier.
