[ANSTHRLD] Conflict checking device

"Per bend sinister argent and sable, in bend two roundels
counterchanged, on a chief gules three tai-chi."

No conflicts found.  I ran it against 1 and 2 roundels,
moons, chief, tai-chi and astrolabes.  That is
all I can think of that will conflict with it.
