I hate to say it, but that reproduction of the queen's arms is wrong, if the
blazon listed at http://www.goldenstag.net/MiscSCA/KingdomColors.htm is
correct... It reads the  bigger roses as black (sable) whereas your emblazon
shows them as gold on a gold field with gold flowers on top of them... that
could not be registered.

The outer (ones on the "bottom") flowers should be black.
