[ANSTHRLD] help with conflict check - weather

Northkeep got about 6 inches yesterday and maybe trace amounts today.  I
had to unbury the car for work.  We also have populace tonight.  Be
interesting to see how heavy the turnout is.

no, no, that 1" is for *today*.  We got the big snow *yesterday*.  And
there's a chance of snow (and later, freezing rain) every day this
week...

Today's high was 15 degrees F.  Ah, Oklahoma in the winter...
