[ANSTHRLD] Helms in SCA achievements

Greetings all:
I thought I would throw a question out there regarding the use of helms in
SCA achievements.  Does the SCA stipulate which way the helm will face, what
colors may be used, and the position of the visor according to rank and
peerage?  Unfortunately my knowledge is limited to period heraldry in
England.
