[ANSTHRLD] requesting conflict check

I hate to ask this.  Especially since it is Baron Michael's arms but...

Does not the revised suggestion appear to be marchalled arms?  Or does
leaving one of the field choices (azure in this case) uncharged, which
could not be registered by itself in the SCA, make it obvious that this
is not marshalling and therefore acceptable.
