[ANSTHRLD] Blazon help/conflict check

I want to make sure I blazoned this right, I didn't find a conflict
either(still learning to use the O&A)

per fess azure and sable, a fess wavy argent, in pale two decrecsents
argent. My question is the decrecsents, is this right? There are two, and
one is above the fess and the other below(down the middle).
