[ANSTHRLD] Device - Conflict Check

Howdy all,

I am looking for a conflict check for, 'Gules, a heart enflamed Or'

The submitter described it as a red field, gold heart, gold flames on top of and surrounding the heart.

I found only one 'enflamed heart' registered in the O&A and the submission did not conflict. I also found 'Gules, a heart per pale Azure and Or'. There should be a CD for chaning half the tincture of the primary charge, but I am not sure if 'enflaming' is good for the other or not.
