[ANSTHRLD] Conflict Check - Asshelin Chrystal

Medb here...I was told by the submitting herald (with whom I had more than
one email go back and forth discussing the use of the name and why before I
included it in the ILoI) that the ubiquitous "they" were preparing an
appeal.  I have no other inkling of when that will surface.  However, we all
agreed that her device should not be held up by that issue, lest some one
else nab it.

Unfortunately, the appeal will not be accompanying her emblazon to Laurel,
Daniel.  I have not seen it, nor do I think, has Bordure.
