[ANSTHRLD] Translation of French source

Greetings!

Would someone with Morlet's Etude d'Antoponymie Picarde, please translate
the section pertaining to <Rose> on page 119?  I think it mentions a saint's
name Rose, 13th century, but I want to make sure be fore I use it as a
source for the name.
