Okay all you armory experts out there, 

I know that some German armory has the gules on sable thing (though I seem to recall someone telling me that it wasn't really sable, just badly tarnished silver).

So how about Japanese armory?

Gules, an eido chaos sable.

Red field, six horizontal bars, bars 1, 3, 4 and 5 are really two small bars side by side, 2 and 6 are one long bar.
