As I understand it, shorthand notation that should never have been put
on a public list (just for the confusion factor and possible offence).

I asked a couple of people what it was likely to mean, and the
suspicion is that it means that the text in the documentation box of
the form does not match the text of the sources cited.  I don't think
I can say that with complete assurance, though.
