As noted earlier, there is a delay in the actual publication of LoARs. The March LoAR was handed out to those on the mailing list present at KWHS this past weekend. The remainder were being mailed when Laurel returned home as I understood it. I see that Maridonna says the electronic web version is already online. Etienne
