I meant to expand on that.  A proposed charge not being in _A Glossary
of Terms Used in Heraldry_ by James Parker
<http://www002.upp.so-net.ne.jp/saitou/parker/> is significant.  It
has *lots* of charges, including (I suspect) ridiculous distinctions
invented by obscure heraldic tract writers.
