This only has 1 CD for change of type to the secondary.
The incensing can't be counted on for a CD with a
21 year old submission.

Wulfgar Longaxe October of 1991 (via the East):
Per pale vert and gules, a dragon segreant maintaining an ax within a
bordure embattled argent.
One CD for the field and nothing for the ax.  I don't
remember the precedents for a CD for dovetailed
vs embattled.

Oh Daniel, where are your precedents?

Why haven't you considered redrawing the dragon to
make it conjoined to the annulet?  The problem has
been the dragon is overall to the annulet on
a fieldless badge.
