Exactly what authority does the Ansteorran College of Heralds have regarding
the use of arms by someone?  What can they do if one person displays arms
that have been registered?  What can they do if someone displays the arms of
an historical figure on a normal basis?  Does the Earl Marshal get involved
at all?  Or is that only in England?Just curious.
