Greetings,

I would like to invite each and every one of you to Elfsea Springfaire for the CoH decision meeting.  It will be in the afternoon, at the list field or some other agreeable spot.

I would especially like to encourage all of the local heralds to attend as this is one of the best venues, other than this list, to learn first hand about what does and does not fly past the CoA.

I will have some extra copies of the ICC on hand, however, please remember to bring one along just in case.

Also, as you will all soon be discovering, we have another rather lengthy ILoI for April.  I very much appreciate and need as many of you commenting on as many of the items as you can.

Many thanks to Emma and Magnus, who served as my editors for this month.  They had some good comments and I hope to make some more improvements next month.
