[ANSTHRLD] River's Run device Act 1 Scene 3

There is no listing for River's Run on the kingdom
website.
More importantly, there is no listing of the canton in
the Black Star.

The group also has 2 years to get a name and device passed
after they are granted incipient status.  Whenever that
was granted is when the 2 year clock starts counting.

Now to the heraldic needs:

The items were returned last December
3. River’s Run (River’s Run)—group name
This group name is being returned for lack of documentation.
—device  [Lower corner Black Ansteorra Star on gold field.
Center of Device blue river on gold field. Upper three individual
thistles surrounded by green Laurel. Thistles are green and
purple on a black field.] is being returned for lack of a name.

For the device we need a color picture of some kind.
