That form of cross isn't even in Parker's under
<http://www002.upp.so-net.ne.jp/saitou/parker/jpframe.htm>.  The closest
is <http://www.geocities.co.jp/Milano/7193/gif/m154a.gif>,
which is "a cross cottised with eight demi-fleurs-de-lis"
(that is, an ordinary cross ordinary throughout), and it's undated
there.
