[ANSTHRLD] May Ansteorran Gazette

The May 2003 issue of the Ansteorran Gazette is now available.  Some
print versions were handed out at Crown Tourney; the rest went into the
mail today.  The electronic version can be downloaded as usual from
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/gazette/.

Likewise, the online Heraldic Submissions Tracker (HST) has been
updated, and can be found at http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/hst/
