[ANSTHRLD] A device charge question-is the awen period?

Here is the problem. I have a client that wants the modern design called 
the Awen  / | \ .  The oldest referance to it is from the _Bardass_  by 
Edward Williams, better known as Iolo Morgannwg, This book  is well 
known as a frogery.  How can I get this through or can I.
