Daniel,

There will be a consultation table during the day.  There will be a
College of Scribes meeting after the tourney.  Field heralds appear to
always be welcome and I've yet to see a Crown Tourney that couldn't use
a couple more.

There is NO plenary meeting of the heralds college at this event.

last year, but it says 2003 below that, and it's linked to from the
main kingdom schedule page.)

The heraldic activities I know of: handing off the Star Principal
Herald office from Rosalia to Etienne.  Courts.  Schmoozing with
Francois and/or Etienne.  (OK, I don't *know* that, but it's certainly
the way to bet.)  Will there be a heraldic consultation table?  Can I
safely presume they'll need field heralds?  Anything else?
