[ANSTHRLD] Online OP Update

I almost forgot to mention: the online OP has been updated as of 1 
September and is available as usual at http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/OP/ in 
various forms.

Do note that we (where we would be milady Obelisk and myself) are in the 
process of revamping the Palm LIST format OP version somewhat, but I hope 
to have the product of said efforts uploaded here in the next day or so.
