Sure does.  RfS X.4.b:  "Adding or removing any group of charges placed 
directly on the field, including strewn charges, is one clear difference."

conflict with

Sable, a wyvern rampant Or.

No conflict here.  I give you one CD for removing the stewn charge and one CD 
for the change of tincture on the wyvern.
