[ANSTHRLD] Court Reports

[Zodiacus Herald]

Greetings to all Heralds and other Interested Parties of the Kingdom of 
Ansteorra,

For those of you who might still not know me, my name is Lord Chandranath, 
and I am the Zodiacus Herald, which means I am currently caretaker of the 
Ansteorran Order of Precedence.  I have a couple of quick bits of business, 
and I thought I might broaden my audience for them a bit beyond the Heralds 
mailing list -- and my Black Star reports -- and for those who have no 
interest in these matters on the Ansteorra genera list, I beg your 
indulgence.

Firstly, I have not been doing well at sending out reminders to branch 
heralds that they need to make sure court reports happen at their events, 
and that they are sent to me in a timely fashion.  For this, I apologize. 
Whether or not it is required of me, it is something I was advised to do 
and something I agreed I would try to get done, and I haven't, much.

Having said that, I have not been receiving much in the way of court 
reports.  Of the last six events that are more than two weeks distant in 
the past, I have received a court report from exactly one.  Indeed, if you 
extend the list to the beginning of my time in office (Coronation), you add 
three reports but five events.

At this time I wish to remind you that it is signed court reports that get 
awards put into the Order of Precedence, and if someone comes to me asking 
why they were left out, well... you get the picture.
