If any of you heralds up in Oklahoma can track down Brian Angus McDonald,
and see ifhe will give a letter of permission to conflict, it would help
this lady out a lot. She sent her first request to the Ansteorran list, and
I've taken the liberty of asking here on the heralds list, where the people
whose job it is can see it.

Subject: Looking for an Ansteorran

I'm trying to find someone who may be in Ansteorra - I know they were
back in 1991. I don't know if you could help me, but if you could point
me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

The guy's name is Brian Angus McDonald. I know he was
active in Moonschadowe (Stillwater, OK) at one time,
because he has an award from there on the OP. That he
doesn't have any other awards makes me think that either he doesn't play
anymore, or he just dabbles.

Anyway, he registered his name and a device via Ansteorra
back in 1991. Unfortunately, I'm told the device I
recently submitted conflicts with his. I'd like to get in touch with
him and either ask for permission to conflict (if he's still Scadian) or
ask him to release his device (if he no longer plays).

I sent a message to the Ansteorra List, but since I'm not a member
myself, I'm waiting for the moderator to review it and decide whether to
post it or not.

I don't know if you could ask around or put it into the grapevine down
there that I'm looking for him (or any one who knows/knew him).

Many thanks, in advance
