This was my error; it should have been an increscent.  Note that this
does not violate the so-called "Slot Machine" rule; that applies only
to type and not to any other quality of a charge.

This is now depicted as Gyronny argent and sable, a beast's head (I think
it's intended to be a natural tiger) argent.  This violates RFS VIII.2.b.i --
the field must have good contrast with every charge placed directly on it.
By precedent (which I will cite explicitly if you cannot find it at
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/laurel/precedents/), a charge that shares a
tincture with a divided field does not have good contrast with it.

This is now depicted as Sable, two bears combattant and between them four
suns in pale, a bordure Or.
