According to Star Principal Herald at Ansteorran Heraldic and Scribal
Symposium a few weeks ago, and I believe he was the one who gave the
branch herald warranting class, it's now 24 months in Ansteorra for a
free resubmission.

(I notice the "austin.rr.com" address.  You're welcome to show up at
Tuesday night fighter practice by the ex-airport; Pegasus always sets
up a heraldic consultation table.  She also has a consultation evening
once a month; if you have a recent "It Cometh In The Mail", I expect
it has the info, or if not, I can get you in touch with her.)
