[ANSTHRLD] Blazoning help and a question about grandfathering

Any suggestions on how this should be blazoned or redrawn so as to pass?

Would the blazon be "Per bend raguly Or and purpure, a bow and two arrows couchant in base dexter Or."

Now the question on grandfathering. If someone had a device already registered utilizing a gore which I know is no longer allowed, but wanted to change the positioning of an animal from rampant cotourney to a standard rampant position would it be allowed?
