I have the documentation for the resub/appeal.  I actually had part of it 
back in February but then another issue came up that wasn't noted on the 
LoAR so I had to get docs for that too.  I now have the whole package.  The 
plan at the moment is to resub rather than appeal but I need to confirm 
something with the order first.  Since I was not at Lughnasad to do this in 
person, I am starting with the Archery Marshal and placing comments to 
their email list.
