I did a search on the blazon string "paly sable and argent" and it looks like 
all the registrations are recent so you may be able to get letters of 
permission to conflict from the folks whose armory might conflict with this.

I forgot to try "paly argent and sable" though, and I've got to run to a 
meeting.

Black and white striped cloth should be easy to find...
