[ANSTHRLD] One More Design - Conflict Check Help (X-Posted)

Greetings, again!

Sorry to bother everyone again, but I was playing around with ordinaries and came up with one more design that I like:
Per fess azure and sable a pale endorsed argent

I don't see any conflicts (but checking for conflicts was always my weak point), can anyone double check this for me?  Also, would anyone care to comment on what they think of this as a device design?
