[ANSTHRLD] Help with name structure

I have a client who wishes to use the name 'Padraigin' (sp?) or a derivative thereof. She is female, and she would be amenable to using the given name 'Trevina' for a combination of 'Trevina ingain Padraig' if that is acceptable.
 
What would be best for her??
