Have you checked 
"Per pale argent and sable, two ravens close
[contourny] counterchanged"

This would be a CD from two birds close respectant,
and if they both faced contounry, a CD from respectant
and the both defaulting to dexter.

It is also period symmetry and a little closer to
period practice.

I don't think I see a conflict with either of those,
but would prefer a double-check
