[ANSTHRLD] Permission to conflict letter

I have a client who's name was returned due to a conflict with another lady in a different kingdom. The lady she conflicts with has agreed to sign a permission to conflict letter, but after looking over the suggested form letters in the admin handbook, I'm really not sure how best to write up a letter for this purpose.

Any suggestions?
