[ANSTHRLD] Archivist and Records Retention

Greetings,

I have now appointed an archivist for the college.  The new archivist is HL 
Aldric de Kerr who resides in the Barony of Wiesenfeur.  HL Aldric and I 
will be completing his job description for the admin handbook and 
completing previous work on a records retention policy in the college.  A 
title has not been assigned to this position yet.
