Please join me in welcoming Lord Johann Kiefer Haydon as the new southern 
regional (Orbis) herald.  Lord Johann resides in the Barony of Bryn Gwlad 
and will assume office as of December 15.

Also, please join me in thanking Baron Jonathan ap Morgan for his long 
service in this role.  It is among many, many years of service to the 
college and Ansteorra.
