There is no CD between rampant and salient -- all that changes is the
front paws.  This is clear by one of two CD counts, depending on whether
Egan's armory is actually a primary wolf between secondary mullets or
coprimary wolf and mullets.  In the first case, there is a CD for adding a
primary charge (the tankard) and a CD for removing the secondary charge
group (the mullets).  In the second case, there are CDs for changing type
of at least half the primary charge group and number of the primary charge
group.
