In this case the size of the charges in relation to each other makes 
a difference. 
The sword is bigger than the gauntlet so it has to be sustained. 
The sword/gauntlet is in chief and the two doves displayed are in base. 
The doves are rather large to be a secondary group. 
 
The relative size and position of the charges is what concerns me about 
the submission.
