Please join me in welcoming Lord Malcolm MacLean as the new Silent Trumpet Pursuivant (Bordermarch Herald).  Lord Malcolm has held this office once before and I am grateful for his willingness to step into the office once again, and confident of his ability to serve the heraldic needs of the barony.
