It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Lady
Valeria Marcella de Martinez as the new herald of the Canton of
Westgate.  Lady Valeria once held the office some time ago and I am
looking forward to seeing her resume the office again and supporting the
heraldic needs of the canton.
