[ANSTHRLD] Optio

Is this AoA "fighting award" going to be an armored/chiv fighting award, or is it going to be an AoA level award for any martial activity (chiv, rapier, equestrian, archery, thrown weapons, seige engineering)?  I ask, because the Sable Crane is a blanket service award, though there are various aspects of service, and the Sable Thistle can be given to a person multiple times for various arts & sciences.  If this award is going to be chiv-specific, I can see a few folks getting in arms about why rapier fighters (for example) don't get a similar award.
