I am proud to announce that another one of our heralds, HE Robert
Fitzmorgan, was announced at Elfsea Defender, last night, for Elevation to
the Order of The Pelican to be done at Steppes 12th Night.

Robert has been a past: local herald in the Northern Region and past Stellar
Scroll.
